The only position I have applied for that did not require a criminal background check was as a bartender. All positions in health care require criminal background checks for good reason. Law enforcement is another.

Almost any job. If the test is affordable by the owners its prob. done. With the kidnapping of so many kids, even handy men are getting checked. good thing.

I think you need checked to work with Children or the Elderly.

most government jobs or security jobs or charity jobs- so NHS, probation, working with offenders, any working with children, special needs or disabled people, working with the elderly, care work, teaching, security and door staff
