I am visiting the Philippines in July to see my Family and hoping to find a great guitar while I am there. (Please If you Dont Know Dont Answer) My family lives in the Isabela Providence but may be willing to visit Cebu. Thank You

I think Cebu is the right answer as I have been searching too and I live in the Philippines. I ask every guitar seller and they all say "Cebu" but no one yet has found the contact.
But, all I have found locally are very poor quality and I don't think that is what you are looking for.
One of my guitars that I left back in the states is a Ibanez and it does have the sticker "Made in the Philippines". I have also been told that Martin is having their budget line produced here. I have not been successful at locating where or how to contact them though, so I will be watching this thread for contact answers as well.

The LUMANOG'S are fine makers of high quality guitars for decades. (I've been told that they are now under contract to make guitars for Fender and Yamaha???, not sure about this). As others have implied here, Lumanogs are from San Antonio, Guagua, Pampanga and not from Cebu. They have several retail outlets in Manila but it will be nice if you can visit their factory in Guagua where you can get one at much cheaper price . It's about 80kms from Manila, along Gapan-Olongapo Road..

Nice guitars are found in Cebu. The "Lumanog" are the great ones. It's tunes are really great.

Best guitar makers are in cebu particularly in the island of mactan. We have a lot of manufacturers there that also exports those guitars

All I know is that the well known best guitar makers are found in Mactan (Lapu-lapu) near Cebu city. (--,)

i recommend Susing's Guitars in alegre, mactan, cebu. but i think you can also buy it in the malls. hope that helps.

we've got good ones along aurora blvd in sta.mesa, manila. emilio lumanog sells good ones. and i mean really good ones.it's walking distance from SM centerpoint. you moght want to drop by before going to cebu.
