Sounds like the shocks or the front-end. I had to replace almost the whole front-end of my 1999 Ford F-350. If you hear any kind of popping or noise up there you need to get that checked out then. It's expensive. I spent $700 on parts for my front end. Imagine if I had to pay for labor!!

That Retard up there said check your tires!!! Sounds like some silly stuff to me.

Stop knocking Fords please before you make me run you over with my 1 ton. It ain't hard to run you over if you're fat cause I got a 4x4 powersmoke baby.

Tire pressure check time too.

And shocks but not likely.

Shock test = Bounce test: Press Down with your full body weight upon one corner of the vehicle, let it up, press it down again, (Quickly) repeat till you get some moving travel (Vertically), press down really hard the last time and let completely go at bottom of press to see if it springs back up and STOPS!

If it doesn't stop but 'bounces' even a little too much, Shocks.

Take it to a garage and have a mechanic check it over before something goes seriously wrong. Sounds like shock absorbers or other suspension problem.
