For the past 18 months I've been building a custom Harley (with sidecar) peice by peice in the back bedroom of my brother's doublewide. Went to take her out for the first time and even taking off the handlebars, the damn thing wont fit through the door. Anyone know how hard it is to take a couple wall panels off a mobile home?

I'll fall for it, but only one time. Hey, if you are bright enough to assemble a Harley, Custom no doubt, then you are wise enough to get a sawsalll and cut your new ride into freedom.

If you are not wise enough to have already figured this out, then for the life of me: " Don't get on that bike and ride it" because you can't be too accomplished at assembly and not have seen the lack of room, knowledge or foresight.

For your own good, don't ride that bike, I am positive it was put together by a nutcase who probably forgot a couple of bolts..duh!

Easy enough. Have done a few in trailers. take your time and save as much as you can. Personally, I would knock a whole wall out just to ride. In fact, went riding Wednesday with a wind chill or -19 degrees, shared gas pumps with snowmobiles in fact. roads dry, ride. good luck

It would be easier to take more parts off the bike.
At least you know how that goes back together, and have the tools already.
