My wife and I have come to a crossroads in our lives where being married is no longer an option. She loves me, but is not in love with me. She's still my best friend. As much as it hurts, I know this is for the best, for both of us. We want this to be a civil and amicable split. We do not want to have seperate divorce lawyers, as we think they would look out for their best interests first. Who can we turn to legally to help us get the ball rolling? Thanks!

You can do it your self or find a non-lawyer service. this is sort of a para legal service that knows what paper work to fill out and how to file it. they will help for a nominal fee.

i be responsive to the way you sense by using the way you're ranting yet I advise you're taking a relax pill and evaluate your subject in a basically logical sense. You income not something by using searching for revenge. basically greater stress, stress and evil detestation comes out of searching for revenge, by no potential delight. State regulations enable for the main properly known bread winner to take duty of help, food, outfits and coaching of any dependents under the age of 18 and a 50/50 chop up of all aspects mutually owned on the time the dissolution of the marriage is granted interior the path of the courts. subsequently, fiscally conversing, the greater aspects you have mutually the greater you will take with you to help in adjusting on your new single ensure existence. The greater amicable the separation and dissolution of the marriage the fewer annoying the transition in existence would be for you and the toddlers. the only ones who income from an unpleasant divorce are the attorneys. the terrific harm is suffered by using the toddlers interior the lengthy run so if not on your guy or woman peace of concepts attempt an amicable divorce on your toddlers sake. have self assurance me, your ex is playing each and every minute of your ranting and rage. permit your concepts of revenge wither interior the wind and undergo in concepts the terrific revenge is indifference and success. as quickly as you gain that it'llpersistent him nuts.

As long as you two are getting along go to one atty. But a lil advise just make sure you set the appt. up that way, and I'm not saying nor would I wish for it to happen but when it comes down to it if she got angery and wanted more then everything you've given the atty. if she set the appointment up, will be his info and you'll have to find another atty.
BUt as long as you two agree one atty should do the job.

Hope this helps, I'm an Investigator
