why do aliens choose to analy probe abductee's?

I am frankly taken off guard here... I thought you had a question about space. Instead, I find you are concerned
about rectums and curious about probing of anus regions.
I have had many aliens do work for me here in North Carolina and none of them attempted to probe my anus or abduct me.
Two of my rotten pine trees were recently cut down by aliens and hauled away. They cleaned up after themselves and left my property in presentable condition. So, I have no idea why you should think that they are intent on rectal investigations.
As far as I could detect, they just wanted to earn a good day's pay and go home. They all spoke Spanish and conducted themselves pleasantly.

It is beyond our human thinking of what aliens would or wouldn't do.
UFO's are real and it must be a higher technology than
humans know about.
More like ..why are UFO's silent with no engine sound?

Maybe the people that spread these stories are obsessed with being violated up the servant's entrance.

They don't and there's no proof any life form from outside earth has visited.
