Since Queen Elizabeth is on the throne right now, and there is no king, the song currently is "God save the Queen." Eventually, when and if England has their next King, the song will be "God save the King."

"God Save the King (or Queen, in the current case).

In the United States, the piece is called "Hail to the Chief," but I think it's a different tune. "My Country 'Tis of Thee" uses the tune of "God Save the Queen."

"God Save The King/Queen (as appropriate)"

I don't think you mean "Hail To The Chief"... I think you're referring to "My Country Tis Of Thee", which is sung to the same tune as the above "God Save The King/Queen."

I would assume "God Save the King" for a king, and "God Save the Queen" for a queen.
