hi financial control requires setting up a budget (estimate of costs/expenses) and being able to compare it to the actual costs/expenses. the purpose of this is to see if you are spending as planned or more/less than. having the resposibility of financial control requires disciplines as you have to scrutinise and justify every expense that is not budgetted for. if its a matter of personal or household finances then it gets harder as you (may) have to tell people you love no or sacrifice to keep to your budget
