First, you need to see your gynecologist.

Second, you should check out the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler. My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for approximately 3 years, with no success. I had been to several doctors and had started looking into different fertility options. I purchased this book and started using the techniques and suggestions in the book and we were pregnant 5 months later. I know several other couples that have experience conception problems who bought this book and also had very quick success in conceiving.

Best of luck and I hope this information helps!

It could be possible that you are not having a cycle because you have pcos. poly cycstic ovary sym..sorry about my spelling. I had three children with no problem but gained alittle weight and stopped having cycles. I went on a sugar free diet and took metaformin to regulate sugar and excerisised and after doing all that in two short months boom got pregant. Sorry to say i recently lost that baby because of something unrelated. but if you are overweight or even under weight that can cause your cycles to be off.
there is a mircoscope called ovuscope you can buy online from 30-50 dollars and that tells you if you ovulate. get your progestrone level checked also. good luck and believe you just have a small problem with faith this can happen.

My best suggestion is to go see your doctor. If your not having regular cycles, then that in itself will cause difficulty in conceiving. Do a search on PCOS they have a ton of websites and online quizzes you can take see if you fall into that category they may explain things further for you.
As far as a low womb, I'm not sure if you mean a tilted uterus or not but if you are yes you can still get pregnant.

If you have always had irregular periods than i would suggest you start charting your cycle. buy the book "taking charge of your fertility" It will teach you how to figure out when you are ovulating. it's pretty easy and cheap, all you need is the book and a basal thermometer. Then you can time sex right before you ovulate. HOWEVER, if your irregular periods are something new, you should see your doc for sure.

First off did your doc mention any problems or anything when you had you last Pap/pelivc exam? Also did you doc mention to you that your irregular periods might make it harder for you to get pregnant. Since you didn't post much info on what you doc does and doesn't know about your problems my first suggestion is for both of you to see the doc and get checked out.
