By the way. I don't think you can see the canyon by horseback, they use mules because they are more sure footed.
It will be the trip of a lifetime if you have never been. My husband and I drove there from Vegas (a 5 hour drive) and just toured the South Rim by the tram that they have that goes around for free. It makes stops at different points for you to get out and take breathtaking pictures. A different one will come around every 1/2 hour. We had the best day, and look forward to going again.
Last summer we went to Niagara Falls...another special place for your soul.

They have several packages at the casinos but the cheapest one I know of is located in Fremont Street across from Mermaids. You can't miss it as it has advertisements all over the windows.
