if i have pcos a low dose birth control?

It will take a month or two for your body to regulate itself on its OWN after a miscarriage. However, if you have PCOS then birth control is the best way to go. I have PCOS and have been taking bc's for a long time and it seems to be the only way for me. Just FYI, I was recently switched from Loesterin (which I loved) to Yasmin, it's said that Yasmin helps better in woman who have PCOS. I have been on Yasmin for several months now and have had no problems with it.
