1. Managers doing their best to support you, being a dependable employee who means alot to their job, getting little money for your hard work and getting along well with your teammates.

2. Owning a nice house, owning a nice car, having a spa in your bathroom, owning alot of nice clothes, owning alot of nice electronics, owning lots of jewelry, owning lots of nice furniture, getting to attend alot of rock concerts and being able to go on nice vacations.

Me I tend to like the rewards in the #2 category better than the rewards in the #1 category, overall the rewards in the #1 category are better cause you tend to appreciate them more cause being depended on is a valuable reward,

I think I'll choose #1 because if I'm so rich, have a big house, have spa in my bedroom,or have a nice expensive car,But no one cares about you,no friends to chat with,no one is around to help you,What do you feel in that way?

I must say that I like a little of both, somewhere in between the two.I do not yearn for great possessions or wealth, but I do like earning a good wage for my hard work, which I do.

number 1.... you still have to make a living and still enjoy the job to make that money... I have kids so I'll wait until later to get the "nice" stuff
