I am taking a 16 hour flight next week, will it help me on the plane, I get anxious flying?

Lavender works like a charm for me, however, if you get seriously anxious I would try something like Skullcap (I can't say how well it calms my nerves). You can get it in liquid form or capsules.....liquid works best. I just discovered it, was a little skeptical and am amazed. You could also try Valerian (available in capsules) or even a little melatonin. Have a good flight.

Lavender will help. Massage a little of the oil (this needs to be the pure Lavendar oil) on he Temples of your forehead and then put a litle drop at the end of your nose. You will notice how it works to calm you (it also relieves headaches too).

it has a calming effect that slowly relaxes you

chamomile teas can also do the same
