i have done 6 pregnancy tests 5 came back pos took i to the doctors,doctor did his own test which came back neg i have used 2 different brands of tests 1 of them is an ultra early test,i am getting all the symptoms but haven even missed a period yet i am due on on monday some body please tell me whats going on. i am a friend of michelle n

Why have you done so many tests?
If I had a patient present with positive home pregnancy tests, I would have done a blood test, not another urine test.
Go back to the doctor (or a different doctor) and get a beta hCG blood test, it will give you a more accurate answer either way.

Your pregnant you took 6 test and 5 came back positive. Why didn't your doctor do a blood test? Well all you can do is wait another week to see if your period comes if not take another. Good luck .

You are definitely pregnant. The same thing happened to me. I went back a week later and it was positive. It is because the tests you used at home were more sensitive than the one the doctor gave you. Just wait a little bit and go back and get another test so you can start your prenatal care. If 5 tests came back positive then odds are you are pregnant. Home pregnancy tests may give false negatives, but it is quite rare that you would get 5 false positives. Although...be cautious...since you haven't actually missed a period yet it can be too soon to tell. Wait a week and retest.

Sounds like you are. But with the docs test coming back negative, that throws up some questions. Did he do a pee or blood test? If you dont start when you are supposed to, you need to get ahold of your doc and see if he wont do a blood test. Sometimes you just cant trust those at home tests, altough, I personally have known no one to get a false positive. Go back to the doc, becasue if you arent pregnant, somethin is up. Good Luck :)

It sounds like your pregnant. You probebly tested too early at doctors wait till monday and try again. Home pregnancy tests rarely give a false positive x x

Pregnancy tests that you buy at a pharmacy are hit and miss at best. Only a doctor's test is 99.9%. When I was pregnant, and knew from the doctor's I was, I bought 4 tests to do at home, which all turned out negative. Don't trust home use tests, only the doctor will be able to tell you 100% if you are pregnant or not.

you are pregnant if you used an early test and that showed up positive then you are pregnant the tests the doctor used will not show positive until you have missed a period

That is really odd!!! Perhaps your body is going through a phantom pregnancy! Are you wanting children or is it something you have not thought about? I would wait until after your late on your period and your hormones will be stronger if you are pregnant and you will get another positive. I hope you get the answer your looking for.

You are pregnant. The tests that doctors use are sometimes not as sensitive as home pregnancy tests. I'm surprised that your doctor did a test on you so early on.
