Hi - I'm in the UK....have looked in B&Q and Homebase, Next, Woolworths, Ikea, that sort of place but I can only find wooden or glass ones. I need a tall free-standing one, would prefer wire or plastic (so it won't do any damage if pulled down), need's to hold at least 50 DVDs and was hoping for something in a bright male or unisex colour, ie blue, red, green, purple, etc.
Have also tried ebay. Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed so far. I'll check them all out. But firstly, I have to address Top Contributor's reply.
TC - you know nothing about my family or my son but have formed a picture and asked why does he need a DVD tower and why not read to him instead? The answer is simply that he is a gifted reader. His bedroom space is predominantly taken up with a bookcase which I built myself to accommodate his growing library. His choice is to read first as is mine. We share 2 books every night with him reading them to me and discussing the story's good and bad points, but afterwards, wanting to give him some fun after chores and reading, homework and discussion, I let him see 10 mins of a chosen DVD, like Charlie & Lola or Tom & Jerry or Rainbow, or Hi5 (which all have either educational or moral benefits). His room is so packed with books, that I just wanted to give him somewhere in keeping to store his escapist DVD's. Is that so bad? I've asked him and he says not!

I don't know if you got Toys'R'Us in the U.K. but thats where I get alot of my kid's stuff for his room...........if u wait til' closing time you can find alot of toys, bedding etc. in their dumpsters. It's a goddamn gold mine!!!! Just last week I found a spider-man blankie ,a broken bookshelf(I glued it together) and a half-eaten orange(we were hungry) So....yea, try dumpsters at your favorite stores. Some people might call u dirty or cheap, but hey, you're getting stuff for free baby! All these other bastards are paying full price!!

Try going to a website called Catalogs.Com. They have different categories of catalogs. Choose the one which corresponds to you, and most likely they will have a website that you can go to. Also, look up Wal-Mart.Com or Target.Com and they may have children's furniture/accessories there.
