Anyway, to thoughtfully answer your question...did your friend use protection during sex? That's big key number one. Second, heat flashes coudl be a sign of pregnancy but if that's all she's experiencing then i woudln't worry too much. Have her get a pregnancy test...and next time WRAP IT UP!

Not specifically.
A urine test or a blood test is far more accurate than trying to second guess a vague symptom like hot flushes.
She should buy a home pregnancy test or make an appointment with her doctor.

first of all, you don`t have to say it so bluntly. was there a condom being used? is she on birth control? tell her to get tested and go from there. and i don`t think any pregnant woman likes the word "prego" so i recommend not using it.
