I joined a gym recently, and have no access to a personal trainer. I usually do the threadmill for 20 minutes and then benchpress/weight lift for 30 mins or so. I'm looking to get a firm chest, I'm not all that fat, just got some flab, will this workout do or is there something I should switch around? like do weight lifting first and then run?

You want to do cardio after lifting. If you do it before, then you waste alot of energy that could have been put into lifting. Since the benefits from lifting are proportional to the amount or work you do, you are actually reducing your workout effectiveness by doing cardio before.
