Spanking is a great endorphin high as long as both partners are ok and love doing it, not going crazy though and leaving bruises or worse breaking the skin. I like it at times when I am stressed out-just ask Rush Limbaugh, he condones it!

I cannot understand women who enjoy being spanked from discipline. And for those women who love the discipline as it says this is to be from the bible is crazy. Your husband must think he is Lord and Master over you. Scary men have enough power over women as it is without encouraging abuse. If a woman enjoys this sexually its more of a playful thing. But to discipline??? give me a break.

My experience is that most women don't like punishment spanking itself, but they love having an authoritative man who can and will spank them should they need it. Alot of women do love play spanking, however, including myself.
