This is a typical "Hollywood Mentality" question. Of course she wouldn't. She has no experience in politics, and she wouldn't have the nerve to make some of the serious life or death decisions that need to be made on a regular basis, no matter who the president is.

I saw the clips of Oprah interviewing Gina Davis (during the production of Davis' failed "Commander in Chief" show)...

Oprah thought Davis was actually the President... she asked Davis what it was like to walk into the Oval Office as the first woman President.

SOMEONE needs to tell Oprah that it was just a (stupid) TV show, and that Gina Davis was actually not the President of the United States...and that "Commander In Chief" was not actually filmed at the White House.

Oprah's a moron.

Few people are as et up with themselves (as we say in North Carolina) than HRH Oprah. Hey, she's a good business woman and a role model but the EGO. Jeez. And even though I'm a liberal kind of guy, she's way too liberal even for me.

OK, say you hollyweirds got her elected. Who would be the VP? The couch-jumper? Or Jerry Springer? - I believe he already has political experience. Maybe she could pick one of the daddies of the siliconcorpse's baby. They could use the inheritance to pay down the national debt.

Oprah would be better than many out there for US President. I think she's pretty much got as much, if not more power now, without actually holding the title, to influence Americans.
