Now & Laters, of course. Starburts is too soft. They start out too soft and stay that way until they're done.
Now & Laters start out hard and get softer as you chew, rewarding you with excellent flavor bursts as they melt.
Also, if you accidentally leave them in your car, the Starbursts become a sticky mess while Now & Laters keep their shape and consistency far longer.
Finally, Startbursts are harder to clean out of your teeth when you're done.

I would have to say starbursts! BUT I don't know if that's just cause there's a huge bowl of them on my desk right now or what. I have been snacking on them all week. Its been a while since I've had a now & later. If I remember correctly, don't they always seem a little stale?! They end up tasting good, but at first its just kinda weird in your mouth...

Starbursts are better in my opinion. They're easier to chew and they just taste fruitier. Darn you! Now I want to eat candy!!!! Still, I'd rather have chocolate if I'm going to waste the calories.

I grew up eating now & laters. They are just so hard on my teeth though. So I guess I prefer starbursts now. They are softer on my teeth.
