"You can't handle the truth" was a great line, but it wouldn't have had the impact without this one.
"Son, we live in a world that has walls and those walls need to be guarded by men with guns. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lieutenant Weinberg? I have a greater responsibility than you can possibly fathom. You weep for Santiago and curse the Marines; you have that luxury. You have the luxury of not knowing what I know: that Santiago's death, while tragic, probably saved lives and that my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, saves lives.
You don't want the truth because deep down in places you don't talk about at parties you want me on that wall, you need me on that wall. We use words like honor, code, loyalty. We use then as the backbone of a life trying to defend something. You use them as a punchline. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the blanket of the very freedom I provide and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you," and went on your way. Otherwise, I suggest that you pick up a weapon and stand a post. Either way, I don't give a damn what you think you are entitled to."
Right there we see the truth of the man that we've hated all movie long. It's easy to question a difficult decision it's much more difficult to make that decision.

I'm going back a bit further:
"heeerrrrreee's Johnny"
From The Shining. I'm a big Stephen King fan and this movie actually turned out pretty good (I couldn't get through the rehashed made for TV version a few years ago). This line was when he was definitely already well off the deep end, and he was had just finished busting through the bathroom door where his wife and child were holed up with an ax and he popped his head in to deliver that line. One of my best friends actually has that tattooed on his arm (the picture of Nicholson popping his head through the door with the crazed look on his face).

My fav quote is from One flew over the cuckoo's nest.
What do you think you are, for Chrissake, crazy or somethin'? Well you're not! You're not! You're no crazier than the average xxxhole out walkin' around on the streets, and that's it. -McMurphy
my second fav would be from As good as it gets.
Never, never interrupt me, okay? Not if there is a fire, not even if you hear the sound of a thud from my home and one week later there's a smell coming from there that can only be a decaying human body and you have to hold a hankie to your face because the stench is so thick that you think you're going to faint. Even then, don't come knocking. - Melvin

i'm no professional on copyright regulation, yet traditionally the main properly known stuff it is going to get you in problem with copyright is something it is expounded to a client product, be it a e book, action picture, portray, in spite of. i be responsive to it somewhat is an oversimplification, and not fullyyt precise , in spite of if it somewhat is a surprising beginning element for this way of element extremely however the main properly known element in this occasion is the reality that we are conversing some mug shot. That outstanding there is public suggestions. it somewhat is not important who it somewhat is. it somewhat is why newspapers can (somewhat unfairly in my opinion) positioned someones mugshot interior the paper even whilst they have not been convicted. so which you would be good, somewhat for artwork without income, which has specific protections. EDIT: the persons under seem somewhat greater knowledgeable than me, yet do not handle the boys unique question. he's looking with regard to the mug shot from the 1st actual paragraph. not the screenshot from the action picture, the MUG SHOT. help us out right here, human beings. i'm tremendously specific i'm outstanding some mug shot being public area, yet as an occassional artist, if i'm incorrect i might prefer to be responsive to.

Well I really did want to answer your question as it was an awesome question. But how can I compete with all the wonderful answers you have already received. All of these people have answered with what I wanted to say.
I'll try a different one:
Jack Nicholson (Col. Jessup): You ******' people. You have no idea how to defend a nation. All you did was weaken a country today, Kaffee. That's all you did. You put people's lives in danger. Sweet dreams, son.
Tom Cruise (Kaffee): Don't call me son. I'm a lawyer and an officer in the United States Navy. And you're under arrest, you son of a *****.

My favorite two are from "As Good As It Gets." The first one is when an adoring female fan of his books asks how he writes women characters so well.
He responds: "I think of a man... then take away all reason, and accountability."
I almost blew diet coke out of my nose in the theater.
The other one was when he told his girlfriend "You make me want to be a better man."

I was going say heeerrrrrrrr's johnny but I am going t say the best one in a long time wasn't in a movie. it was on some stupid stars caught off guard thingies when he told the photographer he was "Gonna push the camera through
the back of his freak-in head" Classic ego-maniac and he wrote that line himself on the fly.

I love that scene in A Few Good Men. Especially sincehe does angry really well.
my fave is from Batman:
"Tell me something, my friend. You ever dance with the devil by the pale moonlight?"
its just so fitting to his character, because the Joker is really the devil and the imagery is beautiful

this town needs an enema
nice outfit
can somebody tell me what kind of a world we live in where a man dressed up as a bat gets all of my press?
...on the other hand, he had a tremendous singing voice
he's at home, washing his tights
