Will Smith's sons name is Jayden. I like both the names. You could do an American name with a Puerto Rican/Dominican middle name, or the other way around.
Jayden Marcos
Jayden Emilio
Jayden Emmanuel
Janelle Mallorie
Janelle Carleigha
Janelle Eva

Congratulations and good luck!

Janelle is a very pretty name. I have never heard the name Jayden. You might like just Jay or Jason. If you like J names, my son is named Justin and I feel it's a strong name and I like the meaning behind it that implies being just, fair, or true. I have always been happy with my own name, Julie, but think Julia is a little bit prettier or formal, then can choose to go by either one. Sometimes it's nice to use a name that is in the family for a middle name. My dad was Raymond and he has passed away...my middle name is Rae. I am proud to carry his name, but glad they opted for it as a middle name. When naming my kids, I tried to stay away from names that could be either boy or girl, but that was just personal preference. Good luck! I'm sure you'll find wonderful names you both agree on. Sometimes when you see the baby it just seems to all come together. Let us know!

Girls names: Bianca, jewel,,jade, rose, kaitlyn, Maria, Sophia, anna, bailey, josaphine, Hannah, savannah, and boys names:Wade, Jayden, waldamore, Mateo, Cooper, Hunter, Preston, Colton, Logan. There are plenty of names out there. Maybe what you could do is one of you could pick put the first name and the other one pick out the middle name and have both an american and a puerto rican name. Combine the two and get the best of both worlds. Something like Jayden Mateo and what ever your last name is. And for a girl you could do something like Janelle Maria. That is what i'd do is one of you picks the first name then the other one do the middle name. The first name could be american and the middle name could be a puerto rican name. That's my suggestion.

If you love those names than those are the names you should use. Personally for me I think Jayden sound a little feminine. Maybe Hayden of Cayden for a boy would be better.

Well, to include your husband's spanish language roots...consider how Janelle and Jayden would be said in spanish..."hanelle and hayden" since the J is pronounced "h."
Try a name that sounds the same or similiar in both english and spanish
Girls-
Adriana,
Anastacia,
Arabela,
Catalin,
Cristina,
Daniela,
Elana,
Ella,
Emiliana
Gabriela,
Isabel,
Lela,
Lenora,
Mariana,
Maribel,
Merisol,
Merinda,
Reya,
Rosalyn,
Savannah,
and Sofia
Boys-
Alejandro, (call him alex)
Andres,
Cruz,
Diego,
Luis,
Mateo,
Matias,
Ramon,
Rey,
and Xavier
I personally think Merisol Elana and Mateo Rey are awesome spanish heritage names and they sound "white" enough to tickle your fancy.
