I'm starting a new business and I have made a catalog.

I need to know which is better/cheaper for shipping my products to my customer. FedEx or UPS

Thank you for your time,
Daniel O.

FedEx is less expensive than UPS when shipping by ground. Both FedEX and UPS have nice web sites for you to keep track of your packages. I am more familiar with the FedEx site and use it often. I have a FedEx ID and set up to ship my packages thru their site. I input the info and if I click the correct boxes FedEx will e-mail notifications to both myself and the customer.(you do need the customer's phone number) An added bonus to using FedEx is that they have a relationship with Amex and if you charge the FedEx bill to your corporate Amex card you get a 5% discount on the shipping.
