I have to setup my own pc as server and put it online.So How can i purchased Dedicated Ip in india.Who can Provide me dedicated ip...

Even if you do not end up with a static IP in India, you can use dynamic dns serivces. So your domain name remains the same even if the IP changes. Many home routers have this feature builtin.

Since you seem to have a current internet connection, who supplies that? Start with them and ask if they can supply you a static IP. Thats all there is to it!

If they can't ask them who in your area does? All IPs come from Internet Service Providers unless you want to spend a lot of dollars to become a "backbone" provider.
