The "Make a Wish" foundation helps people like you who have terminally ill children to do things like get computers for communication and taking trips to Disney World and stuff like that. Check them out: http://www.wish.org/

the Make A Wish foundation grants wishes to terminally ill children nationwide. You can get information from their website listed below. Also, your local childrens' hospital has information regarding wish making.

Generally, the person must be capable of stating their OWN wish either verbally, in writing or through the use of an assistive communication device.

Good luck.
