Stupid people who think we are all immortal and can breathe in all the toxic fumes that factories pump into the air.

We can eat the fish that are born into polluted seas.

We can eat food that has so many chemicals in, they could kill an elephant.

Cutting down the rain forest so we have no air.

Allowing factories to pollute rivers with their toxic waste.

Let tankers spill their oil into our seas.

Gas guzzling cars on our roads.

Gases in the atmosphere to destroy the ozone so we all get cancer.

Spending money on building weapons instead of finding cures for diseases.

Humans will destroy themselves. We are all to blame for the state of the Earth. It's too late now to change it. Even if we stopped today the Earth could not repair itself in time.
There are too many selfish people in this world who are making money from its destruction.

Mankind will colonize outer space, and metamorphosis into a new "species".

In the meantime on earth, developed countries will rely more and more on very delicate and sensitive infrastructure (e.g., computers) that cannot survive a global catastrophic event.

According to some calculations, a sizable meteor strike that might wipe-out most of humanity on earth is likely within a 100,000 years or so.

A catastrophic meteor strike that wipes out most higher life forms within a few million years or so is almost guaranteed.

So the outer space mankind species will carry on life that originated on earth 3 billion years ago and has been continuously reproducing ever since.

Within the continuum of life, no life form remains completely static, they are always changing. This need for change is so important that higher forms developed sex to ensure offspring will always be different.

I think overcrowding will eventually do it and the Earth will not be able to support us all and so it will cause a major catastrophe like Excessive Global warming and we'll all go from that.

Or we'll all get hooked on Second life and will live in virtual worlds until we all die out.

Some madman getting his hands on a couple of nukes. Whatever the case, when the sun swells into a red giant and engulfs the Earth, that'll be it anyway.

Humanity? What aspect? The respect for others is dying currently, it gets worse every day.

If you are asking about the end of the race homo sapiens, then I would probably say that it would be a virus.
