There are far more better anti-viruses than nod32(curse me if you might), so get for example an F-secure or a Norton.
Even the trial would be enough, not to mention that it can clean out other viruses which you might posses.

I not sure what is best to use. The two links below may help. They have removed similar type viruses that disable Task manager and some Registry edit programs.

Go here first and try this to Kill the Process, it Free and Simple Program @ Microsoft. IF you can not get it to Kill the Process try the WinTasks 5.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/SystemInformation/ProcessExplorer.mspx

Download WinTasks 5 Trial Download. It is just like task manager. Once installed, you will be able to see which process is running so you can temporarily stop it from running. Once stopped you can at least run your machine at its usual speed.

Download PrevX. Once downloaded and installed, click on check for updates. After getting the updates, it will automatically scan your machine.

From the way I understand your question your saying you cannot open that folder is that correct? Nod 32 is a good anti virus software program so if it is saying there is not a virus in that folder there probably isn't. Who is the administrator of that computer if you have separate log on names whomever is the administrator has all the rights on that computer.I'll list some sites in source to help you.

Try Bullguard antivirus. It comes with a firewall as well. Go to www.bullguard.com the full version is available for a two-month trial. It is very good in detecting virus, malware, adware, and spywares. It does not slow down the system so don't worry. Mine was perfect. Good luck! :)
