Join a dancing or swimming class, swimming for me relaxes me and i just switch off and dont think about all the stress in my life that makes me feel less motivated, so swimming works for me and when i am at work i drink PURE oranage juice, its the fastest form of energy to the human body.!! beleive it or not!
Or dancing. One of my friends recently joined one to lose a bit of weight and get out some more. She is having a whale of a time.

Don't we all! I am usually self motivated but occassionaly think to myself "is this it". It all goes in cycles - one minute I love my job and the next, I don't. Try and keep positive, think of the good things like the money, colleagues etc etc. I am constantly beating myself up at my lack of concentration and silly mistakes I make but, everybody is the same - it's just that they don't admit it! Are you are sure this is what you want to be doing - you are only 30 so are young enough to change direction if you want.

it seems that you already know what to do. get more exercise. improve your diet. and go for a promotion (youll have something to work for) or better still apply for a new job. if you dont want to change your current job, then treat yourself. say you love bags, find a fairly expensive bag that you love, and work hard for it every week until you have enough money to afford it. you will get the satisfaction of achievement, and it will give you something to work towards

Hi Guy, try drinking "Green Tea" it's very good for the concentration, much better than Coffee!

try the gym now and again(not an insult lol)
dont drink coffee/tea say.....4 hours before bed.
ummmm...i find...ummm....one hand clapping(sorry) helps me get a good nights sleep

you need to eat more you are tired due to lack of sleep so eating a few snacks would give you an energy boost
