I think UCLA. They will almost certainly lose the #1 seed depending on a few teams ability to win out their tournament and if they do they will be playing somewhere other than the West Coast.
I think Drexel is in, not sure about ODU.

UMass, Clemson and Air Force are likely left out of the tournament following their losses and UCLA will lose their number 1 seed
Duke will likely be a 6 or 7 and Maryland may fall to a 5( The were predicted as high as 3 but not to fall past 5)
Keep in mind that seeds 9-16 are generally saved for teams that won conference tournaments from small conferences and that the larger conferences will take up the 1-8 seeds generally speaking. Even the 6th or 7th team from a major conference won't USUALLY fall past 8 or 9

UCLA cost themselves the number one seeding by losing to a team like Cal who won't even be in the NIT (well, maybe now...).
I think the team that is hurting the most is going to be Clemson cos I do believe that their match up with FSU was a play-in game for the tournament.
As for ODU and Drexel, their fates are out of their own hands. Wright State's upset of Butler did more to hurt them than anything that's gone on so far the past couple days.
Duke's on quite a skid now, too. I think that the fact that they are Duke will spare them the 10 seed and they'll still get overseeded...maybe a 7.

Air Force could still be in, so I'm going with Maryland. They go from playing their way to a 3 seed, to probably a five. Won't impact much the first round, but their next game(s) opponent just got a lot tougher. Clemson probably needed two wins anyway. Drexel and ODU are not impacted at all. A second bid for the Colonial was going to happen, and ODU has the upper hand on it.

I think Clemson's lost yesterday hurt them the most. They start out the season 17-0. The last team in Division 1 to lose a game. Then they go 4-9 since. They had to beat FSU to even get a chance to be mentioned for a NCAA bid. Now they will have to settle for an NIT.

I would say that the team that loses the most is UCLA. While they may still have a chance for a #1 seed, no team that lost their first conference tournament game has gone on to win the nation championship.
