Where can i find a company thats willing enuff to share their IS control and audit? im doing this as part of my assignment. my scope is the area of IS control audit the company focus on (client/server, I/O, quality assurance, etc), how they organize it, the methods used, the threats they have and why do they implement IS audit and control? I dunt know which company is willing to share this info, any sites possible for me to get some data?

I don't know how you will get any company to give that to you. It's not legal for them to share that information with anyone but the company, except by court order. Maybe an audit that is part of public record because of prosecution. Like the Enron case.
