i work alot i am 49 years old will be 50 in june i need to have more stamina and more energy in the morning and thu out the day. i need a good vitamin for my energy

The B vitamins are good for energy. Also The C vitaminins are good for your immune system and energy. For more energy, u can start to take B-12 injections, or start drinking certain protein drinks,or eating certain protein bars
(the store GNC). Certain carbohydrates give u energy, and also a good nights sleep.

I find that Co Enzyme Q10 in soft gel form taken three times daily increases the energy tremendously within a week. Also a complete B vitamin complex will help increase energy if you take one capsules twice a day.

If you try Co Enzyme Q10 you will see what I'm talking about. I'm 56 years old and would not live without it. I've enclosed a link to a website that has one of the best brands.

You need more than a hand full of vitamins for more energy and stamina. If you want to seriously get healthy start changing your diet, attitude, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle. That's a good starting point. Learn how to cleanse toxins. Learn to meditate. Find out about yoga. Open your chakras and let the energy flow through you. Am I going too fast here? You see it's more than pills.
