You can buy a card to fit in a PC which has Analogue and Digital TV tuners. I don't know of any tuner suitable for satellite although there may be on. It may be difficult to fit a card in a laptop, they are not to easy to work on. If you only want free view channels there is a TV stick which fits a USB port, see the following link. http://www.tvstick.co.uk this will of course need an aerial to get the best results. Hope this helps.

I doubt it... atleast I have never seen one. It is quite unlikely as a satellite dish, such as a Sky dish has to be positioned exremely accurately and the slightest movement away from it's good signal position will degrade the picture very quickly.

What you can buy however is a PCI card or USB devices that accept a cable from a satellite dish (coaxial cable) and you can then watch and record satellite tv through that on your pc/laptop

I use a Skystar2 in my PC, using Progdvb to decrypt ALL of the different encoded pay TV channels!
The USB type SHOULD work exactly the same!
I also use a Sky dish, for Astra 19 deg.
