Well, start by researching universities. A good place to start is here http://www.macquil.com
If you are interested in studying in Spain, then you will probably need to learn Spanish unless you are pursuing an MBA program, then you can get away with only speaking English. Many universities in Spain offer programs for international students. You could check out the University of Barcelona, the University of Navarra, or University of Madrid.
You could also enroll in a study abroad program where you will be able to take some language classes at local Spanish schools. For a list of reputable study abroad programs, check out http://www.macquil.com/abroad.php

Good luck!

Hello. My daughter is from the USA and is currently studying abroad in Madrid, Spain. She made all of her arrangements for this program through her college here in the states. Perhaps in your country a college can offer you information on International study abroad programs and can help you learn what you need to know. Hope this helps and Good luck! Cindy
