This is not difficult unless your husband is a danger to the children, but you need a lawyer. You need to file a petition for visitation. She has no right to deny him visitation and she'll lose. Be prepared for her to say he's not the real father. Paternity tests are easy--just a mouth swab--but denying paternity is a common response.

I would get a really good attorney, and if she kept this nonsense up I would go for full custody! She obviously does not have her child's best interest in mind.

I despise my exhusband - but I realize that we share to beautiful children who I love more than life and that means that forever I will have to deal with him. Loving your children is realizing that BOTH parents play an important role in their life, and no matter how you feel about the other person you must do what is best for the child and let them enjoy the love the other parent has to offer.

I tell ya - some women should be ***** slapped! I'm sorry, but it's leg-spreaders like this that give the rest of us women who have a brain a bad name.

Ex-wives pull this HOCKEY all the time...get the judge to enforce the visitation rights. This is just one more,"Marriage Penalty".
GEEZ...country is going Pro-shack-up.
