I am generally a overly nice person, lets just say, people stayed away from me and I was two weeks late. I was finally induced, and i felt a little better, but the hormones will get you every time.Congrats and good luck...

OH YEAH! All 4 of my kids were overdue. My 1st was 2 days, 2nd & 3rd were EACH 9 days and 4th was 1 days. Your emotions are nutty at the end anyways but then watching other people who were due after you have their babies and you watch your due date go by.. and you have people ask you when you were due and you say "3 days ago!!" it's very frustrating!! You're also not feeling good because you can't sleep, you ache everywhere, morning sickness sometimes comes back then, too!
I was due on Feb 12 with my 2nd child (1st one to be so incredibly overdue) and I really expected to have her in my arms by Valentines Day. When it came and went, I remember crying "She doesn't want me to be her mommy!!" LOL "I can't be the mommy of a little girl!" (My oldest is a boy). She just turned 6 and my husband still teases me about this.

Yes and even a few weeks before...cry at the drop of a hat, take things out on my family...just general b-tchiness...all of mine have been overdue and it looks like this one plans on hanging out extra long too...I went to doc yesterday and still no dilation or effacement...and I'm 38 weeks with number SIX...hang in there...

Oh yeah! I was 10 days past due and miserable, so I made everyone else miserable too...lol. I was hot, tired, frustrated, sad, nervous, excited, anxious...you name it I was all of them combined into one. My loved ones around made me get out and do things to keep my mind pre-occupied with the fact that I was past due and really wanted the baby out now! It helped some but nights were difficult, I had a hard time sleeping. Congrats and best wishes!

I was emotionally a wreak my whole pregnancy. One day I would feel so happy then the next I feel like get this baby out of me. It's your hormones making you crazy and the baby getting so big he or she is making you feel uncomfortable

I'm due in the next 2 wks and seem to be an emotional wreck!!!
if I'm not crying ( over nothing ) I'm moody as hell
its hard i don't mean to feel like this it sort of takes over, my poor husband is a true gem though and just gives me a cuddle and says he knows i don't mean it!!! which of course just makes me cry more!!

(Years ago) My son was due on Feb 8.
Well, Feb 8 passed.
After waiting 3 more days, I just remember sitting down and crying, why isn't this over????
What's wrong???
He was born on the 13th. 5 days late.
But, so many thoughts go through your head.
