Can someone explain to me what does " plastic glans shield" mean?

I'm circumcised and I'm interesting in "Foreskin restoration"

I've been reading in this web, someone talking about a homemade way... "I have been experimenting with something with the same effect. I fashion a plastic glans shield from a corner of a very lightweight plastic bag (like a cheap sandwich bag) and use a loose fitting rubber band that fits in the grove to hold it in place". Maybe my english is not enought to understand what is "plastic glans shield", could someone send me a picture of this ([e-mail]) or at least explaining to me with other words?. -> I was circumcised by a medical mistake.

wow...i have never heard of that...but if you are tryin to use your penis with other women, i can guarantee they will not be interested if they see a plastic bag around your penis, held on by a rubber band....wow....thats not even safe, skin allows the other skin to breathe, putting a plastic bag can risk damage to the underlying skin....being circumsized is kinda a lifelong thing....i dont think its a good idea to try and putting a plastic helmet on there...just not safe...and i can imagine a woman who would prefer it...
