You question was a bit nebulous so hope this helps.

No matter what software you list on eBay - with you'll still have to pay listing fees to eBay.

A few eBay sites like Malaysia, Singapore, India and others offer free domestic-market listings, but these listings are not shown on the main eBay.com site or the other eBay sites in Europe.

Yes there are several just go to google or yahoo and type free EBay listing software. I have used www.mpire.com
