Bad question. Asking Democrats / liberals / leftists for facts instead of feelings will not get any worthwhile answers. You'll probably get that one long cut & paste answer that is replete with lies and falsehoods about Bush, but that's about it.
All they know is that Bush is evil and stupid and his administration is criminal. They weren't told why they should believe this.

More with the "politics of personal destruction?
Perhaps a more interesting game would be to match each Bush scandal with a Clinton scandal? Never mind, that would be way too lopsided towards the "Red Chinese Cash and Carry", "North Korean bomb", "did not have sex" (perjury), Whitewater, cattle futures, Rose Law Firm, Mena, Marc Rich pardon, Buddhist Monk cash and carry, Gennifer Flowers, Vince Foster, FBI files... which lists about 38 just fill in the blank "gates" or scandals if you prefer along with endless links and references to document a period which shall hopefully remain unmatched in our history in that respect. But somehow I doubt that will be the case considering just how corrupt our government has become.

of course not, the scandals have been well hidden but.......
1) As Governor, bought share of Texas Rangers, had tax payers build Rangers a new stadium, then sold his share of the Rangers for a much higher value (ie putting tax payers money directly into his pocket)
2) Got his fathers connections to get him into IVY league schools, and out of Vietnam.
3)Presumed drug abuse history.
4) there are just too may to count, since he's arrived in Washington.
