Hi, having always "scooped the poop" and working in a Vets, I don't think anything about it and I always complement other dog owners when they pick up their dog's pooh. Instead of carrying it home, I double bag it and place in the nearest bin. I have been advised by my local Council they are happy with this rather than it be left on the ground.

Having a bingo bus full of old women pull up outside your local garden centre to find you standing outside it butt naked, covered in marmite and dandelions.
That is so much more degrading then picking up any ammounts of dog plop

Picking it up is bad enough, but being seen carrying it like a souvenir is worse. ...At least your neighbors know your a responsible pet owner.

at least your a responsible dog owner!as i am its a dirty dog but someone has to do it,i hate seeing dog poo all over the floor.but its worse to pick up when its a sloppy one and you try to pick it up and then it smudges everywhere and theres not alot you can do but try and wipe the rest of it with your bag!!ergh

Ahh...the pleasures of living out in the country in the middle of the woods.... I've never picked up dog poo (except in the house during potty training!) and I've certainly never had to tote it around in a plastic baggie....

Every cloud has a silver lining! I use the bag of poo to keep my hands warm in the winter months. Our sandys poo`s are like hot coals.

tz,tz,slightly advise..nasty boy..properly,I wouldn´t say that i assume the older we get the greater matured we get that makes us greater choosy,so in case you somewhat have problems with the greater youthful ones you shouldn´t even attempt to get a transformation with the older ones..ha,ha..(-;
