I think there page is boring. You have to click through a bunch of links to find something you want, as opposed to yahoo.com where the content is on the homepage.
Google blows IMO.

Have of the time google cant find any related searchs, their pictures suck, the videos are dumb, maps are wrong, news is incorrect, and FROOGLE even is stupid,

Haven't done a Google Homepage
But, MY biggest problem with them
came with the Desktop Search utility
the damn thing was SO aggressive
logging everythng I did on the machine
I actually would have to stop what I was
doing a lot of the time to let IT work
That got old in a hurry --and long / short
I slit its throat and tossed it out--- I like the
idea of MY machine being in MY control !!!

Google has it's own customizable homepage, so no, I don't think Google sucks. It's better than all the other engines I've used for searching, and I've tried many.

Google is an excellent search engine, but also Yahoo is good and I also often search with http://www.exalead.com - a great search engine from Germany...Exalead also finds things that you don't find on Google nor Yahoo...

i rarely use it though but yahoo out of convenience as i set it as my homepage. i guess it has become my habit. cheers.

most of the time it gives me the shites it hardly ever brings up what i want or it brings up iralvant stuff grrr so yeah i kinda agree it bites ***
