I think it will be a good one this year between.....
Red Sox and the Chicago Cubs
No, I am not a fan of either so don't think I have any bias...the Cubs lineup is stacked with offensive production in the middle of thier line up (Ramirez, Lee, Soriano)...questions is the pitching staff, but if they can get by the Mets in the NL championship then they will be ok.
The Sox have a deep lineup with the addition of Drew and with Crisp and Youkolius healthy they can always find a way to get on base, their pitching staff will be solid with dice K Schilling and Papelbon but can they close out a game in the late innings??? that is the question for them...they will beat the Texas Rangers ...oh yes I said it the Texas Rangers to make it to the series(the Rangers will be this years Tigers!!!!!) Thier talent runs deep in their line up and a revamped pitching staff (Millwood, Padilla, McCarthy, Tejeda and most likely Loe (not to metion Otsuka and Gagne in the pen)) will make them a contender!!!

To those who say "That's why they play the games", we all know that. The question was calling for a PREDICTION. Of course no one knows for sure, but most sports fans get a big kick out of trying to guess.

Ya know I am going to go out on a limb here and say:
2 teams.
One from the American League
and
One from the National League.
What teams they might be is still unknown as the season as yet to begin, and each team plays 162 games.
As of this moment, all 30 teams have a chance to win.
That's why they play the games.
