I have had two threesomes. One where I was the third person in a couple's bedroom and another where I invited a friend to share my and my partner's bed.
Both times I thought the thought of it was much more exciting than actually doing it. Both were fun, the couple I slept with stayed together and we stayed friends (I even was their lodger for a bit afterwards) and I stayed with my partner and stayed friends with the other lady too.
I think it helps to agree rules (who can do what with whom) and to tink about the immediate aftermath. The couple put a fold up bed in their room for me so that we could all sleep and I wasn't just dismissed like some toy - it was a nice touch. Also make sure you have lubes and LOTS of condoms on hand so you can swop and play without getting sore.
It can be fun but it's really not that exciting. You have ot be pretty secure in your relationship though and all three of you have to want it otherwise jealousy coul ruin an otherwise happy relationship.

My ex-husband and I went to a swingers club three times. It was his idea and I was a little curious. We had been married for five years and we thought our relationship was secure. The first two times was with another couple and ironically he couldn't perform at all. So I ended up having a threesome in front of him. The third time it was me and him and two guys. That was enough for me and I wanted to stop, I felt things were really getting out of control. He, however, became obsessed with sex (porn, strip clubs, magazines and massage parlors) and after less than a year we were divorced! It was fun and I enjoyed it but I wish I had never done it. It destroyed my marriage.

A three some can be real exciting. I have had a few, both with two men and a female and with male and two females.. You should be ready to go both ways if you know what i mean.. Even try wearing woman's under clothes. You have the right partners and they are real clean go for it,you will want more. good luck

I was offered one but didn't take the offer up.
No real moral reason, I just wont do something if I think that when I wake up the next day I am going to be ashamed of myself. At the end of the day I have to be comfortable with myself.
Plus I think the fantasy often beats the reality.

I did one with my husband when we were dating and it created problems. We did it with a friend of ours who is no longer our friend...that's putting it nicely. It's hard to do something like that without there being jealousy. There's a chance it could have gone better if we had set boundaries/limits. We were able to save our relationship but there were some trust issues that took a long time to fix. We agreed it was interesting but not worth the problems it caused afterwards. Just be prepared if you decide to go for it.

If its you and your SO wanting to invite someone else in, I would say DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!. My ex and I did it and he ended up infatuated with the other girl. In fact, he left me for her. Before that we had a decent enough relationship, but the strain of the emotions the 3 way brought up killed our love. If you do do it, I would recommed a complete stranger with lots of protection.

Yes, I have tried it. I wasn't really in what I would call a relationship since I was quite young and as a footnote, it was not what its cracked up to be.

Do you have a partner or you talking with two strangers.
If you have a partner they have to be 100% sure if so give it a go.
if its just you and two others that are just for the night then its fantastic go for it!!
