The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, to become champions once again they need to get some players on the o-line so Jeff Garcia doesn't have to have his spleen taken out just like Chris Simms. After addressing the need on the o-line they need a Wide Receiver who can go burn people deep and who can take shots from linebackers while going over the middle, Calvin Johnson would be a good draft choice for them at the number four spot. After they take care of the receiver position look for them to get some defensive linemen on the interior of that unit, they never filled the void left by Warren Sapp, Chris Hovan never lived up to expectations, and now that Anthony McFarland isn't there anymore look for them to get defensive tackles late in the draft.

There D needs to get younger, I do not think that Cadillac is good although the line sucks. They need a young WR that can be a playmaker. Garcia and Plummer? Not good. Those two are very inconsistent. Garica is overrated.

They have already improved some by adding garcia and maybe plummer and simms will be healthy also cadallic will be healthy too and will be on point. the only thing that hurts some is they they should start thinking about getting some linebackers to solidify an decent Defense

qb postion for sure chrissy simms is not the qb for that team. they for sure need some offensive line help. and they also need some defensive line help. i am a bucs fan myself and they lost 5 games by more then 3 points last year. i think this year they will be back in the playoff hunt. garcia is a good pickup cause coach grudden runs a west coast offense and thats what garcia is good at. as for plummer i am not sure if you heard the news he is considering retirement!!!!!!!!

I'd start with a better coach and GM. People say Jon Gruden is an offensive guru? Stats from all the years with the Bucs indicate the opposite. And it seems like Bruce Allen may be a cap guy but not a good evaluator of talent.

They need an o-line and also they need to address their aging defene. They will draft Calvin Johnson with their first pick as long as no one surprises by taking him above them(he would be worth it though)
The Bucs already have one of the fastest WR in the league in Galloway and that tandem would be un-real.
They have to still protect the quarterback though or he can't get them the ball

Need another good to great WR, strengthen the offensive line. Every team can use another dominant pass rusher.
