I am a computer novice. For the last few days I am having sooooooo much trouble. My email address is with Yahoo, I can get in to this okay but I can't retrieve emails sent to me or send emails I type then every so often it works but goes back to the same old problems. I posted about this last night and thanks to all who answered but problem still the same. Can anyone tell me a UK phone number that I can actually speak to someone from Yahoo and try and find out what's wrong? From replies others are having difficulties too. I went on to the main Yahoo page but couldn't find anything to help me.

It does sound as though you have a virus or spyware in your PC. Do an anti-virus scan and then a spyware scan.
Failing that, open up an email account with btinternet or AOL, they're free or hotmail (MSN web)
