don't stress out about it!! relax and keep trying. also, keep your health up. If you are really skinny because you constantly diet, lose the diet! A baby can be conceived when it has a consistantly healthy environment to live in for 9 months.

Good luck!

Sometime sit can take upto about a year to get pregnant. Meanwhile you & your husband need to get a complete physical done including a sperm count for your husband to make sure everything is alright. Chart your temperature everyday for 2-3 months to get an estimate for the time of ovulation and have sex everyother day. There are herbs to help with ouvulation like shatavari. Good luck!

The main questions are,how long have you been trying and how old are you? If you are over 30 and have been trying for more than a year, seek medical help. If you are younger or haven't been trying for long then maybe patience is all you need. Even someone young with perfect fertility can take time to conceive, good luck.

Have you tried ovulation predictor kits? They can give you a 12-12 hour window of when you are about to ovulate. There's also tracking your period and counting beck 14 days from the beginning of your next one to find your ovulation date. Keeping track of your temp. is also a hint for when your ready.

Hope this helps and good luck!

There are herbs you can get to encourage ovulation, but to make sure everything is ok, you really should see a doctor. You don't want to get pregnant and then have something go horribly wrong because you didn't get checked out by a doctor beforehand. Good luck! :)

okay alot of people get this one mixed up. here's the scoop, ovulation occurs EXACTLY 14 days before your cycle ends(14 days BEFORE your period) most cycles last anywhere from 21 to 42 days or longer. so, for example, if you have a 42 day cycle you ovulate on day 28(of your cycle). if you have a 21 day cycle you ovulate on day 7. so figure out how many days your cycle is and count 14 days before you are supposed to get your next period! hope this helps!

Have sex every other day and try to calculate when you're ovulating/chart your cycle. There's a free site to help: http://www.ovulation-calculator.com/ and http://www.marchofdimes.com/pnhec/1808_1904.asp

If all else fails, see your ob/gyn to have a good checkup to make sure everything's working right. Good luck.
