Heart attacks can happen at any age, if you are having the symptoms that you described then you need immediate medical attention, do not wait for a doctor appointment, go to your local emergency room, these symptoms take top priority, and it is always best to be told no you are alright then waiting too long. you may have had an underlying heart problem for many years, Do you know that sometimes they cannot detect a heart attack on an EKG unless you are in the middle of a heart attack. You need blood work done, do this now because every time you get a pain you could be having a pre- heart attack and it is all working up to a full blown heart attack, when you are having shortness of breath and severe pain, don't wait for an appointment call someone to take you to the ER they will first off give you an aspirin, then a shot of morphine, so you may be too groggy to drive if they release you, you will then be hooked up to a heart monitor so they can monitor your heart rate, and they will also give you an EKG, along with blood work, if all of this comes back within normal range they may send you to get a chest Xray to rule out pneumonia, what ever the outcome you do need to be seen by a cardiologist and have a complete cardiology work up.. I wish you good luck and don't waste any more time reading this please go to the ER!

It could be your heart. It could be anxiety. It could be your gall bladder.
Let us know what the doctor says! Good luck! :)
