Im doing an oil change this weekend..

Five quarts is all you need. Just drain the oil and replace the oil filter. Fill it up with five quarts then start it and make sure there are no leaks. Shut it off and re-check the oil. If five quarts doesn't fill it up then you more than likley have an aftermarket deep-sump oil pan but I dought it.

about 6 quarts. Just keep checking the dip stick though.

i would say about 5 quarts,but just keep checking it until its full,but make sure the filter is full first.
