First you must be pro-efficient at the English language, which I can see needs some work.
Secondly, focus on the positive and that will deter you from the fright or flight that over comes your mind in front of a group-good luck!

The only way to become at public speaking is to practice. Here's some suggestions. . .

1) If you have a speech class offered at your high school, taking it is a good way to learn the "nuts and bolts"--how to organize a speech, ways to present yourself, etc. If that's not available, you can take sch a course in college--the Modern Languages or Communication departments are bound to offer it. In either case, you can easily find a book on public speaking in a bookstore or library--or online.
2) Many organizations have internships or volunteer positions that allow you to speak publicly. What I did wass to volunteer as a tour guide once a week at a local museum. That gave me a chance to speak to groups on a regular basis. Often these places have special programs for interested high school students. Besides--it looks GREAT on a college apllication.
3) There are also organizations--"Toastmasters" is the best known--that exist specifically to give people a chance to practice publlic speaking. Consider joining one of these.
4) One option is to join your school's debate team (if any). Its not quite the same thing--but you do learn and practice many of the same skills.

Practice makes perfect - join a speakers club if you can find one. Know your subject. Learn how to breathe properly from the diaphragm. Get used to being looked at or ignored. Try to make any talk you give as interesting as you can for the listener. Be enthusiastic but be prepared for the fact that the audience might not be as enthusiastic as you. Make sure you can be heard so you need to speak very clearly, avoid ums and ah's, you know, like, like, and so on. Good luck.
