I always suggest treating for pop eye for at least 2 weeks as it is a serious infection. Actually pop eye is not an eye infection at first, but is actually a liver infection. You are treating an infection deep in your fish in hard to treat areas. To get it all take time. Usually the eye will return to normal over time, but sometimes not. Hopefully yours will in a few weeks.

Doing a google on black moor pop-eye I find that it takes longer than 4 days - more like a few weeks - to treat... See llink below for pictures of a black moor with a swollen eye... Some of the posters of that thread brought up some treatments and also some other issues that could be causing the eye to bulge....

The infection might only take a week or two to get rid of, but the eyes may never go back to how they originally were. To prevent future infections you need to keep the water well cycled.
