lord justice phillips says some murderers are spending to long in gaol. what do you say about this?

He's got a point, although I believe if your 100% guilty of murder you should be executed. That would free up a lot of space in the jails.

We can't take a life in this country (capital punishment) but we can take away a young and active life. I suppose parole boards would have to look at the way the murderer murdered - if done in an active fashion or in a way any old codger could manage!

i think its absolutely ridiculous that lord justice Phillips wants murders to spend less time in jail for crimes such as murder,in my opinion they shouldn't even go to jail as its to good for them and its not punishment for the crime which they have commited,i say bring the death penalty back,then crimes such as murder might just decrease

Yes, they should spend less time in jail living the life of Reilly at the tax payers expense.
They should be hanged at the earliest opportunity.
